Tropical Fruit Salad:
My crew and I will arrive 3 hours prior to event to set up and cook. Make sure the kitchen area is clean, the dishwasher is empty, the tables are set for the buffet, and the grill is loaded with propane/gas prior to our arrival. We supply 2 card tables, chaffing dishes, platters, a blender (if necessary) and bowls for the food.
